You'll notice that there
are NO links to take your child off this site. If in the future
other links are added to this site, they will NOT be in the child's
reading area.
When your child enters
his or her Reader ID to begin reading, it is not linked with your
Purchaser ID. Thus, unless you began your session using your Purchaser
ID, the child will not be able to purchase a book without your knowledge.
(And if by chance you did begin the session with your Purchaser
ID and the child gets to the final checkout stage, he will be unable
to purchase anything without your credit card number. Credit card
information is not seen, received, nor stored by us.)
In sum, I value your
privacy as much (actually more than!) I value my own.
